Shipping & Delivery Policy

This policy explains how Diwani Packaging dispatches and delivers orders. As we manufacture custom corrugated packaging to order, timelines are confirmed with you at the time of order.

Dispatch and delivery

We supply customers across India. Once your order is confirmed, standard orders are generally dispatched within 2 to 5 days (Monday – Friday). For custom-sized and printed boxes, which are made to order, production takes longer than stock items — we will confirm the expected timeline with you when your order is placed.

Store pickup

You are welcome to collect your order directly from our works at Tal. Dindori, Gat No. 228, Pimpalnare Road, Khatwad,Nashik, Maharashtra – 422004. Pickup is available Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM. We will inform you once your order is ready for collection — please quote your order reference when you arrive.

How we ship

We use third-party courier and freight partners to carry your order. Once a consignment leaves our works, transit times, routing, and handling are in the carrier's hands, and their delivery estimates are not guaranteed by us. We cannot be held responsible for delays caused by the carrier, weather, strikes, or other events outside our reasonable control.

If a consignment is delayed, lost, or damaged in transit, please let us know and we will take it up with the carrier on your behalf and work to put it right.

Checking your delivery

Please inspect your boxes at the time of delivery and report any transit damage to us within 48 hours, along with photographs. Carriers generally will not accept a damage claim reported after this period, so prompt reporting is important.

Billing and invoices

A GST invoice is provided with every order. Please ensure your correct billing details, including GSTIN where applicable, are shared at the time of order so your invoice is raised accurately.
