2. Use of the Site

3. Enquiries and quotations

The Site allows you to request a quotation for packaging products. Submitting an enquiry does not create a binding order or contract. Any prices, specifications, or information shown on the Site are indicative only and do not constitute a formal offer.

A quotation we provide in response to your enquiry is valid for 30 days from the date of issue, unless stated otherwise. After this period, prices and terms may change based on material costs, order specifications, and market conditions. A binding contract is formed only when we confirm your order in writing.

4. Orders, pricing, and payment

All orders are subject to acceptance by us. We operate with no minimum order quantity (No MOQ), and can accommodate both small and large requirements. Advance payment or deposit terms vary per order and will be communicated and agreed with you at the time of order confirmation. Prices are exclusive of taxes unless stated otherwise, and applicable taxes will be added as per prevailing law.

5. Custom manufacturing — changes and cancellation

Many of our products are manufactured to custom specifications. Once a custom order has been confirmed and production has begun, it cannot be cancelled, changed, or returned, as the goods are produced specifically to your requirements. Please review and confirm all specifications — dimensions, ply, GSM, printing, and quantity — carefully before approving your order.

6. Product variations and tolerances

Corrugated packaging is a manufactured product, and minor variations are a normal part of the production process. Small differences in colour, size, GSM, printing, and finish, within accepted industry tolerances, are normal and shall not be considered defects. Product images and samples shown are representative and may differ slightly from the final manufactured goods.

7. Delivery

We will make reasonable efforts to meet agreed dispatch and delivery timelines. However, delivery dates are estimates and are not guaranteed. We are not liable for delays caused by factors beyond our reasonable control, including transport, supplier, or force majeure events.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Diwani Packaging shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from the use of our Site, our products, or any delay or defect. Our total liability in connection with any order shall not exceed the value of that order.

9. Warranties

Our products are manufactured to the specifications agreed at the time of order. Except as expressly agreed in writing, we make no other warranties, whether express or implied, regarding fitness for a particular purpose beyond the agreed specifications.

The Site may contain links to third-party websites. We are not responsible for the content, accuracy, or practices of those websites.

12. Governing law and jurisdiction
